How it works
Stop searching for suppliers one by one
Instead of gathering provider details, emailing requests one at a time, and comparing replies in spreadsheets, run the whole process in Mesa, from invitation to award.
1. Create your procurement
Describe the scope, budget, submission deadline, and the documents providers must submit. Choose Public Bidding, Direct Contracting, or Negotiated Procurement.
2. Invite providers
Invite suppliers and contractors from your provider list. For Public Bidding, you can also publish a public bid page where providers ask to take part.
3. Collect sealed quotations
Each accepted provider gets a private link to submit a quotation and documents before the deadline. Amounts stay sealed until you open them.
4. Evaluate and negotiate
Compare offers side by side, score them against weighted criteria, and negotiate or clarify details before you recommend a provider.
5. Approve
Send the recommendation through one or more approval rounds. Each approver confirms or rejects it with an e-signature.
6. Award
Issue the Notice of Award to the winning provider and regret letters to the others, then close the procurement.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Mesa?
Mesa is procurement software for running competitive bidding. You invite providers, collect sealed quotations, evaluate and approve them, and issue the award in one workflow.
How do I invite providers?
Invite suppliers and contractors from your provider list. For Public Bidding procurements you can also publish a public bid page, where providers ask to take part and you accept the ones who qualify.
Do providers need a Mesa account?
No. Each invited or accepted provider receives a private link by email and uses it to submit their quotation and documents.
Can I request quotations from several providers at once?
Yes. You can invite several providers to the same procurement. Your plan sets how many providers each procurement can have and how many procurements you can create per month.
Are quotations kept confidential?
Quotations stay sealed until you open them together, and every action on a procurement is recorded in its audit trail.
How are offers evaluated?
Offers are compared side by side and can be scored against weighted criteria. You can negotiate final amounts and ask for clarifications before recommending a provider.
How does approval work?
The recommendation goes through one or more approval rounds. Each approver confirms or rejects it with an e-signature, and a rejection sends the procurement back to evaluation.
Which procurement types are supported?
Public Bidding, Direct Contracting, and Negotiated Procurement, across Civil Works, Goods Supply, Services, and Consultancy.
How do I get started?
Register your company. New accounts are reviewed before they are activated, and you can compare plans on the Pricing page.
Ready to run your next procurement in Mesa?
Register your company, invite providers, and compare sealed quotations without chasing suppliers one by one.
